About the Parent Portal

Welcome to the Kids Who Count/Utah Baby Watch Early Intervention Program's Parent Portal. The Parent Portal is a site where, as a parent of a child in early intervention in Utah, you can access electronically important documents about your child. The Parent Portal is a secure and confidential site. Parents are required to register all electronic devices they want to use to view their child's documents by successfully answering three challenge questions about their child. If you need assistance accessing the Parent Portal, please call your child's service coordinator at Kids Who Count (801-423-3000).
